Meet Dave
Dave Silver built REC Philly into one of Philadelphia’s most recognized creative agencies — producing work for Google, Comcast, the City of Philadelphia, and hundreds of institutions along the way. In 2026, Dave launched his own consulting practice to help leaders and brands do the same.
Dave is a creative consultant, connector, and executive producer — specializing in storytelling campaigns and event productions. At his core, he’s a creative operator who can take on any creative problem, connect the right people, and build the right strategy to solve it.
